1. Overview & Agreement to Terms

By subscribing to or using the creative services provided by DURR Agency ("DURR", "we", "us", or "our"), based in the Kingdom of Bahrain, you agree to be bound by these standard service terms.

2. Subscription Model & Requests

Subscriptions operate on a month-to-month billing basis in Bahraini Dinars (BHD). Clients can submit unlimited requests to their queue, which are processed sequentially according to plan concurrency limits.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon final delivery and payment of subscription dues, all intellectual property, source files, and design assets produced specifically for the client become the sole property of the client.

4. Pause & Cancellation

Clients may pause or cancel their subscription at any time prior to their next billing renewal date with zero cancellation fees or penalties.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
